At heart I am a teacher
I was never a “geek” in school!
I admit I “can do Windows”
But I love Macs best, cause they're powerful and cool!
Technology should help us win
Make our instruction more robust
That's where my team comes in the picture

We're the folks you can rely on
We do it fast and do it right.
Color printing and scanning
Puting surveys online,
Tweaking your PowerPoint, or teaching you to make one
We'll help you to shine!
I used to be “The Director of Distance Learning”
Helping online and iTV instructors is still my role
But my title has expanded
Superb “instructional support services” is my goal.
Karissa helps to keep my sanity
Adam and Jay do the same
Helping faculty is our passion
Customer service is our game!
We will always try to help you
But some lead time is a must
Especially for big projects
Or our PDA calendars might just bust!
